You will be required to order the materials for the agreed job, this will act as a deposit. Once you have received the products we will then schedule the work. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Damage caused by pre-existing faults or poor installation of tiles or grout;
